As to the streamlining committee the question of privatizing anything has not yet been discussed to my knowledge. Certainly that is not the focus of the effort. the effort is focused entirely on general administration and not at all on physical plant, faculty, scholarships, libraries or computing among other things.

The interim report only deal with general concepts about reorganizing the upper levels of administration.
